Essay 2.Describe a time when you were faced with an ethical dilemma. What strategies did you use to resolve the issue? What would you have done differently if faced with a similar situation? (350 words)
Essay 3. Optional Scholarship and Award consideration.Describe your involvement in activities outside of work. How have they contributed to your personal achievements and enhanced your self-development? (500 words)
