The Indian School of Business introduces the Young Leaders Program (YLP), a unique initiative designed for undergraduate students from diverse academic backgrounds who aspire to become global business leaders. The program offers structured, cutting edge learning and mentorship to help students take an early step toward leadership roles in the corporate world.
YLP provides guaranteed admission to ISB’s prestigious one year Post Graduate Programme (PGP), subject to the completion of one year and nine months of work experience after graduation.
Participants interact with peers and alumni from varied professional backgrounds, learn from renowned resident and international faculty, and engage with a research driven contemporary curriculum.
